This Peach Oolong is made with a darker, more oxidized oolong of Taiwan.  Fragrant and sweet like a perfectly ripe fruit, with a smooth astringency and lingering floral aroma.

Oolong Tea | Moderate caffeine | Steep at 195° for 3 minutes.

Delicious served with Fancy Afternoon Tea.
